Changing E-Mail Address (previous on-line registrants)

If your e-mail address you used last year is no longer valid, or you just want to change your e-mail address.

If you remember your previous e-mail address and password, change your e-mail address in the profile section. Go to Instructions below.

If you do not remember your previous e-mail address and/or password, please e-mail the database support staff: onlinehelp@hpc.state.tx.us. Please explain that you wish to use a new e-mail and that you do not remember the e-mail address (or password) you used to register, and the support staff will configure the database so that you can renew. Include your name and license number and state that you are an optometrist. The support staff will contact you by return e-mail (this may take up to two days).

 

Change E-mail Address: Instructions

  1. Using your old e-mail and password, log in to the on-line renewal computer (use “Renew” button below)
  2. On the left side of the page, select “View User Profile.”

 

 

3. Select the “Edit” button for the “User ID” and follow instructions.
